Hello Senior Families,

We will be hosting our first-ever Parent University Session this upcoming 21st of September for our Seniors from 4:30- 5:30 p.m. As we know, this year is essential for Seniors as they are all applying to Colleges. We invite all Senior families to this session about how the FAFSA works, a form completed by our seniors to determine eligibility for student financial aid. You will learn more about the SAT and how Colleges use this as a metric for admission into their school. All families will also receive a copy of their student's final college list. Reach out if you have any feedback regarding your student's list.
We look forward to having you present in our call. The link to the call will be posted on our social media pages and shared with your student. If you have any questions please reach out to Ms. Trejo at jessica.trejo@yesprep.org or Ms. Esquivel at Jassive.Esquivel@yesprep.org

Barb Campbell – Director of Family Engagement

YES Prep has partnered with the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation to develop and deploy a modern Family Portal. This Family Portal is a user-friendly way for you to access and understand your student’s progress and communicate with their teachers. The Family Portal will provide you with key data related to your child’s success, including grades, missing assignments, attendance, and behavior, in one location and will support in-app chat, email, and live translation for more than 60 languages.

We are excited to let you know that the Family Portal is now live, and we encourage you to log in and explore the portal and its features. Check your email inbox for login instructions and your temporary password sent out on 8/16. If you did not receive an email, simply follow the steps under "Set up account" on the Family Portal Help page.
